By requesting a quote or booking a service with Buff Guy Detailing Services, you agree to these terms.

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may require confirmation after we review your vehicle's condition in person or by photo. Final pricing depends on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

A $50 deposit is required to secure a booking. Deposits are not collected until a secure payment system is configured. Appointments are confirmed only after availability is verified.

Please provide reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel. Deposit and cancellation terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Mobile services are provided across the Kansas City metro and surrounding areas. We may decline or reschedule requests outside our typical service area based on scheduling.

Paint correction reduces the appearance of eligible imperfections; it may not repair damage that has penetrated through the clear coat. Ceramic coatings are not a permanent fix and require proper maintenance. We set realistic expectations before any work begins.

We take reasonable care with every vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, undisclosed conditions, or issues not visible prior to service. Please disclose any known concerns before we begin.
